Return and Exchange Policy

At Auras Creation by Silvia, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you may need to return or exchange an item. Please review our Return and Exchange Policy below:

1. **Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:**

   - To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

   - Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. **Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges:**

   - Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of the original purchase date.

   - After this timeframe, we reserve the right to deny the return or exchange request.

3. **Process for Returns and Exchanges:**

   - To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at shop@aurascreationbysilvia.comor obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

   - Once you have received your RA number, securely package the item(s) along with the original receipt and RA number and ship it to 4681 S. 3950 W. Roy, Utah 84067.

   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

4. **Refunds and Store Credits:**

   - Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

   - If the original form of payment is not available, a store credit will be issued for the amount of the return.

   - Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

5. **Exchanges:**

   - Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, a store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item(s).

   - If the exchanged item has a higher value, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.

6. **Final Sale Items:**

   - Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

7. **Modification of Policy:**

   - We reserve the right to modify or update our Return and Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
